M365 Simplicity commits to a strict no-tracking policy. We do not collect, store, or share any personal data or configuration details from our users.

M365 Simplified's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. 6. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) / EU Rights

Compliance
Meeting UK GDPR and PECR standards means that simply updating the policy text is only half the requirement. To fully protect the site and keep the AdSense account in good standing, advertising cookies cannot actually fire until a visitor actively clicks "Accept" on a consent banner.

Google provides a free, built-in solution for this. Once the AdSense account is approved, look for the Privacy & messaging tab in the AdSense dashboard. It allows you to deploy a fully compliant consent banner that integrates directly with Google's ad tags, ensuring cookies are blocked until the user opts in.

7. Children's Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

M365 Simplified does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
